CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/rescheduling/change in appointment with more than 72 hours' notice , deposit is transferable but non-refundable. Cancellations/rescheduling/change in appointment within 72 hours' notice, Deposit is non-transferable & non-refundable, New deposit must be sent in order to reschedule. If you are unwell with a communicable illness, please contact me ASAP to reschedule your appointment promptly, deposit will be transferable but non-refundable (Cancellation policy still applies). Not only will you feel better to get some needed rest, but so will the other patrons with a compromised immune system. If you arrive to your appointment afflicted with an infectious ailment, you will be refused service , must pay No Show a fee & new deposit must be sent in order to reschedule. No shows will need to pay $30 fee in order to reschedule along with new deposit. *all other policies are found on my instagram & you will be signing an agreement form prior to beginning appointment*
